About CurePro
CurePro was founded by Gioele Pesenti and Marco Mambretti, professionals with long-standing experience in UV curing and industrial production environments. After years working alongside OEMs, system integrators and manufacturers, they shared a clear vision: UV LED technology needed to evolve from being a component upgrade to becoming a fully engineered industrial system.
Headquartered in Milan, Italy, CurePro develops advanced UV LED solutions through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates optical engineering, power electronics, thermal management and proprietary software development. Our focus is not simply performance, but controlled, repeatable and measurable industrial performance.
Engineering, Not Assembly
At CurePro we don’t just assemble third-party components.
We engineer our systems.
Every core element of a CurePro solution is internally designed and technically integrated:
- LED lamps
- Power Supply Units (PSU)
- HMI control interfaces
- Proprietary control software
Our management software is developed entirely in-house, a crucial strategic decision that allows full control over irradiance regulation, thermal behavior, diagnostics, and process parameters.
By engineering all system components, we guarantee:
- Perfect hardware-software integration
- Stable spectral output and controlled peak wavelengths (310 – 420 nm)
- Consistent irradiance across demanding duty cycles
- Advanced monitoring and diagnostics capabilities
- Long-term system reliability
This vertical engineering approach allows CurePro to provide:
- Standard plug-and-play solutions compatible with virtually any conventional production line.
- Fully customized systems, tailored to specific curing, bonding, coating, sterilization, or advanced manufacturing requirements.
Because we control the entire architecture, adaptation is not a workaround, it is part of the design philosophy.
Beyond Ink Curing
While industrial printing remains one of our core sectors, CurePro technology is not confined to ink curing. Our systems are engineered to support sterilization applications, adhesive bonding, coatings, surface treatments and advanced manufacturing processes where precision UV control is critical.
We believe UV LED technology still holds unexplored industrial potential. Our role is not only to provide equipment, but to collaborate with manufacturers and OEMs in pushing the boundaries of what UV-driven processes can achieve.
We do not stop at curing.
We invite our partners to explore how far engineered UV LED systems can go.
